Product seems to work great..it got all the traffic places and more..especially with dogs and such..my brother is in landscaping so he is filthy dirty after work and the whole house gets turned upside down with dirt...especially the carpet.
And the tech Nelson was the best..he went above and beyond the call of duty ...very nice and well mannered man..was very knowledgeable as to your product and how it worked and was totally committed to doing our carpets in a very professional manner..He was just great...I couldn't recommend his work any higher..he was awesome!!

our tech came due tot he fact our cat was using the carpet to pee on so he tried his best to get the smell out, it still smells a little but nothing like it did

Brandon was our tech and did a great job. We had a lot of pet stains on a pale carpet and he worked his miracle cleaning.

The technician was polite, prompt, and professional. Our carpets are old and pet stained but he worked hard to get them looking great! If I'm not mistaken his name was Paul and he was a delight to visit with while he worked on the carpet. Our almost 20 year old carpets look very good! I am pleasantly surprised considering all the pet stains. I also like that you advertise on the Fish radio,104.7
