Your technicians are always super nice and well-trained. My favorite part about using Zerorez is that the carpet is not sopping wet after cleaning and dries quickly. At least, that has been my experience in the past. This time, however, it was unusually wet and took forever to dry. It was the first time we have had the protectant added at the end, and, although your technician told me it would not change the drying time, it did. If it was not the protectant, then he didn't do a very good job of taking up the extra water.

The technician was second to none, however I was somewhat disappointed in the results because it did not clean as well as I had hope it would. Not to worry you tech did advise when dirt and grime has been in for some time then it becomes more of a problem. So its all good. I may try another shot then leave it alone. I may just wait until I can afford to replace it. You have been talking about your cleaning solution so long I thought it could do wonders. Even your solution isn't that good. But you did do as well as it could.
