I love that the carpet feels so clean afterward and that you can walk on it immediately (in socks or bare feet, of course). I don't have to worry about weird soapy residue or anything like that. The technicians are always awesome too!

technician was great. service was very fast. Two things concerned me, I had 3 rooms + stairs for 119.00. when technician arrived he told me my one room was large and would need to be counted as 2 rooms. You advertise rooms not square footage. Also I was charged 15.00 for a travel charge of some sort that was not communicated when I booked the service. You need to be clear on what is defined as a room and also when a service/travel fee is added. Thank you
