Michael worked with me to ensure that the carpet in the house would look as wonderful as possible given the truth that the carpet is 30 years old. Afterwards, I knew this would be a service I would use again and that I would highly recommend, and already have, your product, the Empowered Water, and your service, Michael. I have dogs and have worked very hard throughout their lives to minimize their exposure to allergens and harmful chemicals. I wish I had done this sooner.

Carpets are clean and you have guards to protect doorways and ballisters. The 15-30 minute notification before arrival would have been nice.
We think we have already answered this request, but really enjoyed the two young men who delivered our Chinese carpet. Cleaning was very well done, and we liked their pride in their work and in your company.
