Great workers
I was pleased with the small amount of water used. The carpets were dry in about four hours.
The technician explained exactly what he would do in each room. The carpeting was cleaned to my satisfaction in a shorter time than I anticipated.
The only thing I did not like was having to leave the door open for the service, but was glad the outdoor temperature was moderate.
All in all, I was pleased with Zerorez, and would use them again.
My technician was great. He was on time very professional and very helpful and he did a great job.
Carpet is so clean and doesn't have that chemical smell
There were two service guys who came to clean my vents. They explained the process and showed film that was taken. This helped me decide which vents to have cleaned. Very professional and they did a great job,
The service man was very professional and did a great job on my carpet.
Nontoxic cleaning
The people who cleaned our carpets were very knowledgeable and friendly!
In and out fast and everything they said they would clean is clean! Doesn’t get much easier than that. Carpets are definitely less likely to gather dirt afterwards unlike traditional cleaners that leave residue. I AM NOT being compensated for this review.
Eric was wonderful

I like the fact that there are no harmful chemicals to be concerned with.
