Client Testimonials
The service technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived on time, began immediately, and always made sure to have me check the work so that it was to my satisfaction
Had several spots on the carpet, that I has tried to clean. Zerorez came out abs cleaned it with no issues. Jaylen was very professional and explained the process.
Easy to schedule; prompt arrival, professional/courteous and results were as expected.
It works
The technicians were very friendly and did excellent work. This is not my first time using your services and it will not be the last. I have recommended Zerorez to all my friends and family. Many of which are currently satisfied customers as well.
Very nice efficient technician.
The carpets were cleaner than with other methods and they dried quickly.
Carpet feels very clean. No residue.
I would have recommended Zerorez to some friends already. The customer service or good, the communication is excellent and my carpets are beautiful. They have removed stains that I thought were permanent

Great Service, on time and the carpets look like new.
I was pleased with the carpet cleaning but not as satisfied with the tile cleaning in the bath area. The grout has some streaks/areas that appear to have been missed in the cleaning before the sealing.
consistent, predictable and does a great job. thanks!
Cleanliness of carpet after cleaning was completed, including tough stains, and no detergents used.
The techs are very professional, knowledgeable and always curtious.
I stay with Zerorez cleaning because results are a beautiful fresh clean carpet that lasts.

All products an services
Customer service is excellent! I love that it's chemical free
Quick, fresh smell & clean
The service was awesome and very much of a pleasure. My carpets look awesome
and the tech was far above on question and the actual services.
There are several things that place Zerorez in the top spot (no pun intended) of carpet cleaning companies. 1) Jordan is very professional, friendly, and efficient during the entire process; 2) there are no chemicals; 3); the carpets stay cleaner longer than with traditional carpet cleaning services; 4) the carpets dry more quickly than with traditional carpet cleaning services; 5) there is no funky smell that lingers after the work is done. I will never again use Stanley Steamer, Coit nor any other carpet cleaning companies. Zerorez is the only one for me.
I loved the nice, clean cut young man that cleaned my carpet. He was on time and got in and out in a reasonable time.
It's only been a few days. Still too early to see if spots reappear.
I would recommend zerorez to my friends !
