Prompt and courteous. good job
The carpet cleaning far exceeded our expectations but the service provided by Ty our technician was better than any service we have ever had at our home. We will use this service again and even though my wife and I have busy schedules we will schedule any future appointment around Ty's availability. It is not cheap but is worth every penny!
Great service, on time, trustworthy, and excellent work.
Knowledgeable technicians
Friendly technician
Courteous staff, timely, quick and thorough job. Carpet looks almost new, even though decades old.
Jason and Pharrell are the best! Zerorez is THE best rug cleaning service I have ever used! They do a great job and return rugs on time and you never have to worry about what the rugs will look like. The rugs are super clean and odorless with no damage which a lot of rug cleaners can’t claim. Their service staff is friendly, courteous and have great attitudes! The pick up and delivery team of Jason and Pharrell can’t be beat! They are truly the nicest guys!! You will thank yourself for calling Zerorez! Name removed/ Gainesville, Ga.
Very courteous and knowledgeable employees who really came when scheduled. This is a plus for me. I have already recommended this company to several people!
The end result of very clean carpet is just part of it. The service technician was professional, knowledgeable and warm. An excellent experience.
Guys do a great job
It really works. - no residue to collect new dirt so carpet stays clean longer. Techs are professional and courteous - get right to work. Customer service very friendly and helpful too.
Technicians were very professional & their customer service was too notch. Our hvac ductwork had never been cleaned but wasn't that dirty after all. Either way it has eased our minds that they were mold free & are cleaner than they were before Zerorez arrived, especially since they run through our crawl space. I would definitely recommend Zerorez for this service.
the tech, Oscar, was prompt , courteous and helpful.
good stuff
