The lead Technician on our job Lee took personal pride in doing as good a job as was humanly possible to get our carpets as clean as possible. The carpets are now 19 years old, and after they left they looked brand new or very close to that. He and the other man really cared to do their very best. I could not be happier with the job they did, and how well they handled the whole event.
