My technician arrived on time. He was energetic and personable. He discussed everything with me beforehand. There were no "extra" or "hidden" charges. Best of all, he was able to get the carpet clean.

I was happy to see that most of the stains came out of the carpet BUT I noticed that feel of the carpet is different. Feels very stiff.

Once I vacuum I am hoping the stiffness in the carpet goes away.

He displayed pride in the company he represented and the products he used. He made suggestions towards cleaning care. I appreciated his performance in my home and the description of the products being used and the free bottle of Zerorez, with instructions.
