When he cleaned my sofa (which is like ultra suede) he took a picture and proceeded to contact his supervisor to find out which treatment should be used to clean it. I was very impressed with the response which was given in just a few minutes.

The customer service from start to finish has been exceptional. I have talked to the same person, Terrence, on the phone with scheduling both times I called. He is extremely polite, competent, and very helpful! Mike Lee, my technician, was equally polite and competent. He has exceptional communication skills! Right away I knew my home's carpet was in good hands. He assured me that if a stain reappeared within 30 days that I could call and he would return to re-treat. Sure enough, a couple of stains did reappear. I called back and Mike is scheduled to return in 2 days to re-treat! I could not be more satisfied! It is so refreshing to do business with professionals who take pride in what they do and keep their promises!
