Great work was done by the whole team from the initial call I made to Ellis to set- up the appointment to have my carpets cleaned to the Indoor Environmental Specialist name Brian who came and took care of the request. I am really happy with the results of what was done, especially since I was at work when it was taking place. Brian was very willing to take care of my concerns and also informed me of the duct cleaning service which I will most likely have done next month. Hearing about the service on 92.9 The Game and getting it done was a really cool thing for me. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants some awesome looking carpet that will be clean.

The tech was punctual and professional; he was courteous, did his job well, and even declined the tip. As for the cleaning, it looked terrific, and he was quite fast; the entire job (three rooms) took an hour or less. The advertisement was a bit of bait-and-switch: they said $129 for three rooms, then "added" a $15 service fee when I ordered, but still a pretty good deal, especially for an environmentally clean product. I'd use them again.
