I did have an issue when I originally had my carpet cleaned, but Derek did a great job of resolving the issue quickly. I had my carpet redone and it looks fantastic. I have always been happy with the job that you all do, and appreciate the help with getting everything taken care of. Customer service has been wonderful. Because of this, I will be using Zerorez again in the future.

We’ve called Zeroez twice now to clean our carpets and they’ve done an excellent job.
We have 3 dogs and they bring a lot of Georgia clay into the house on their paws and coats. The carpet gets an orange color to them and the tech was able to get our carpet to look like new!

Your two service men took the time to do a very thorough cleaning and were able to clear the dryer vent blockage. Both of your employees were very pleasant and willing to answer all of our questions. Did a good cleanup when work was completed.

We plan to use ZeroRez to do our duct cleaning once our renovations on our house are complete, probably in a few months from now!

So for so good, I had several high traffic spots, they did lighten up, they didn't disappear but they did lightener up very good. All all the carpet looks good.

James was very professional and just as concerned about the spots, he pretreated the spots before cleaning them and this seem to work.
