Low key sales. I understand that specific needs require an a-la-cart approach, and I felt the prices were reasonable.
I appreciated the time dedicated to my specific needs (pet urine). It was a good experience and except for the necessity of my having to move lots of things out of the way, there was not a lot of fuss involved in the process.

I have 1 dog, 3 cats & 2 children & they do a great job of undoing all the terrible smells that they create. As an added bonus my tech this time was very kind to all my pets & just let them have their normal run of the house while he was there.
