I had my family coming in town and needed a last minute carpet cleaning ASAP and zerorez was able to send someone out next day. Tomas the technician arrived exactly on time and was extremely professional and pleasant. Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning the carpets he did it in record time!! We have a large German shepherd mix dog and 2 kitties who shed a lot and I wanted to ensure my niece who is allergic was comfortable during her stay. The carpets looked brand new and her allergies didn’t act up even once while she was here. Tomas was very sweet to our dog Balin and was very conscious to keep door closed as much as possible so no kitties escaped.

Initially. I had requested to have Ducts & Carpet cleaning. Jobs were wells done.

However, I had my carpet cleaned first and then I had the Ducts cleaned several days later which left my carpet with a lot of dust that I had to vacuum.

For future, I recommend that the process be done in reverse - Ducts cleaned, then have the carpet shampooed.

Deep, residue free clean

The technician was very knowledgeable about the products he was using. He explained everything pertaining to cleaning our carpet and our sofa. He did a great job. He was very polite and conscientious. I highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely only use them for my carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning in the future.
