The technician walked us through the cleaning process. There were no chemicals use. It didn't take long for him to clean the carpet and the drying process was quicquick will differently use this service and pass the information along to friends and family.

The technician was knowledgeable and very professional. This was my first time using ZeroRes and will definitely use them again. Not only was the technician great, he informed me about what I could do to keep my carpets clean going forward and suggested that my air ducts might need some attention too. I had no idea that the dust in my air ducts might cause the edges of my carpet to look dirty.

The cost is fair. The service is awesome. The technician was SUPER GREAT, very professional and extremely thorough. Zerorez should behappy to have him on your team!

Effective and efficient way of providing the service

I was very with your product and service. My carpets are clean and fluffy. The drying time was not as long as expected as well.

Our technician Vladimir Wallace was respectful, thorough, professional and did a fabulous job. He was running a little early and was kind enough to call me to see if that worked well with my schedule. He did a fantastic job, and I would recommend him over and over.

I like that the technicians were punctual, polite and considerate and covered their feet while in the house. I did not like that they had to leave the doors open because bugs got in the house. I also do not like that zerorez charges a service charge.
