Brian Hunt was the technician and he was awesome! Very, very polite and friendly. I took a picture of his card and told my friend to call Zerorez and ask for him to clean her carpets. This was honestly the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had! My carpets look line new and my house doesn't smell like a dog lives there any more!! I'm a happy forever customer!!

Michael was so awesome! He even moved a few pieces of furniture because I had no one to do it. He took extra special care of the pet urine smell, and the stains. The doggy smell is completely gone. Michael is so great, I’m having him come back to do my other floors as well!

I like the way your representatives explained what it would take to correct my problem in my air ducts. Also I liked the way they took a real interest in doing the best job possible and showed me the before and after pictures. In addition, I liked their attitudes and friendliness exhibited while doing their job. Although I was not looking to paying the extra money but it was well worth it to ensure that my health would not be affected. I am happy that I had the service performed.
