Great service, technicians were nice and efficient. However- the 3 hour time window is too much for a working mom. I would much prefer a shorter window and for my services to have been able to be done back to back in stead of occupying my entire day.

The techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and explained what they would be doing. Will definitely call them back for future needs.

I am always amazed with the results when using Zerorez! They were able to treat tough stains and pet odors on a carpet that I thought was a lost cause. Our technician Josh was super helpful and friendly...he did a thorough and efficient job.

I have had excellent techs do the work for me. They are always on time, quick, pleasant, and although expensive, I think it's worth every cent! Also leaving me some spot cleaner helped greatly as I had a sick cat who was making a mess almost every day. My last tech (10/9) asked me to recommend him to be "my tech", but I forgot his name...but I would do that if you can check to see who cleaned for me.

The technician was friendly and polite. He made sure I understood what he was going to do before he started. He gave me a great price and guaranteed satisfaction for 30 days. It made my carpets look fresh and new again! I will definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great carpet cleaning service.

I once owned a carpet cleaning company of my own. I used it to fund and build my restoration company. I was exceptional. To find a company ( and a (tech) that from that actually cares and takes pride in their work is rare. Everyone wants to make money. But few genuinely care about the customer and deliver what they promised. I was more than impressed and will be giving zeroez all of my future work from my business.
