The situation that created the need to have the duct cleaning done was for a family that has had considerable challenges over the last few years that created a very serious and unhealthy environment for living. I like the fact that they wear booties, and most of all the water extraction is minimal. Making drying time quicker.. I like the fact that Zero Rez makes the carpet look and smell brand new. Especially since I have a pet.
