We don't have to be concerned about the product used to clean our carpet. It doesn't feel 'crisp' or 'crunchy' from having cleaning products left in it. There's no odor. Our technician was prompt and courteous and went right to work, completing the cleaning in very little time. We are very happy with the results.

Adrian and Jorge were both polite and professional. Adrian explained the complete process before they began. I was shown pictures of the conditions they found. Adrian was very careful with the equipment in my small house. Jorge showed me the after pictures and I was sent copies. Everything was left clean and neat upon their departure. I felt confident about the information they provided to me, They took their time and did a thorough job.
