Reggie, the associate who cleaned my rugs did an amazing job. I was embarrassed at the stains on my carpet. He was kind and assured me he could get them out, and he did. His professionalism is above anything I've dealt with lately.

I was sick the day he was here and he was so kind to take his time and wait for a few minutes for me to gather my bearings.

My service tech Vitorrio was absolutely amazing. He was very detailed with explaining what he could and couldn't do. The products are not damaging your carpet! Less water and no soapy residue left behind. I love it !

Honesty! I was going to have my air ducts cleaned and the serviceman took pictures to show me and told me that they weren’t dirty enough to clean yet. Saved me some money and now I can wait a few more years to do that. I have had my carpet cleaned before and they looked great. Very professional and nice!
