The products that you use to clean carpet is AWESOME. My technician did an amazing job, and was very professional. The carpet is not over saturated which allows the carpet to dry within hours.

It appeared you did the best you could do with a 18 year old carpet. The black stain is still in the edges of some of the stairs and along baseboards, but the body of the stairs and carpet look good.

Great job! They showed me some issues that I figured were there. But glad they were able to show me exactly what it was and with photos too. (Air ducts) They also cleaned out my dryer vent which was in dire need of being done. Excellent job, would definitely recommend!
