Client Testimonials

Your Associate,Charles ( Chuck ) Jones cleaned my carpets on Nov. 13, 2019. He arrived and
discussed the procedure he would use to do the cleaning. He was very professional and had a
great personality. He finished the job and asked me to inspect his work. I was very pleased with
the outcome. I certainly would have him return if his services were needed. In closing.he is a great asset to your organization!ONE item I did not approve of is: FAR TOO MANY TEXTS TO
REMIND ME OF MY APPOINTMENT!!!!

The technicians who performed the duct cleaning were very polite and professional. Would give them 5 stars.

The only concern I have is that the office staff did not warn me about having to have doors and windows open for many hours with the temperature in the 20’s the morning of my appointment. I would have certainly delayed if I had known.

Employees were professional and efficient. I will use them again.

Ryan was very courteous, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Thanks again for all you do!

Jason was great! He was on time, actually early. He was very knowledgeable and polite! Have suggestions and was very helpful!

The Representative was very professional, informative, helpful and did a good job of cleaning my carpet.

Zerorez came and did what we expected in a reasonable time, politely and well.

Your people and their professionalism.

Kirk did an excellent job. The carpet looks like it's new. He pointed out a couple of places that were worn and could not be cleaned completely. He offered several suggestions for keeping the carpet clean. He was punctual, very professional and very friendly. Good Job! Thanks!

Scheduled appt online easily for 2 days later. The tech, Brian, did a great job and worked thoroughly and came when expected. Will definitely use this company again in future

Technician was informative and polite. He was on prompt and on time. I like that the products are safe.

The product used does not have a chemical smell, the carpet stays clean for a long time and it does not change the properties of the actual carpet.

Thank you

The people I interacted with were very professional and I felt that I could trust them

I have only used Zerorez for carpet cleaning and this fall I used them to clean the ducts. However, the techs discovered that we had mold growing in the ducts. They presented a solution to destroy the mold. They were efficient and explained how the unit would work. We had the unit installed as the mold was the immediate problem that needed to be corrected.

Awesome work and friendly service.

Our carpet looks new! We have already recommended to others and she just cleaned the carpet last night.
