Their isn’t an odor left behind. Even the per treatment smelled fresh and the odor from that was completely gone within 24 hours. I prefer not to have scents so no odor to me is better than an artificial “fresh” scent. The rugs looked clean and the tech was very kind.

First of all, I apologize for the delay in sending this.
The young lady appeared to be very knowledgeable, in fact she took the time to inform me of items available that neither of the previous techs informed me of. She's a smart young lady and I enjoyed her very much. She is definitely a keeper.
My carpet is in great shape now due to the tech's workmanship, she worked hard. She knew she had two more jobs for the day (after 4 pm when she left my house) but I did not feel she was rushing thru mine at all to get to the next job.
I would give her an A.
