I was very pleased with the services and products. The technician was professional and worked to remove stains from the carpet.
Excellent service. Was not sure of the process but, is very please with the results. Randy and Billy are awesome. They are very professional customer service oriented techs. They informed me about the process step by step, what it was for and what the end result would be. They were very thorough and made sure all of my questions and concerns were address. I've used Zerorez on multiple occasions and is always please with the service. I would definitely use Zerorez again and would recommend them to family and friends.
Tech was very friendly and very sincere. Only problem I had it took almost 24 hours carpet to dry.
After cleaning the carpet 1st time, it should vacuum 2nd time. In that way excess water remove from the carpet and it will dry faster.
