Technicion was awesome!

I love how well it works and that it leaves no smelly residue. My carpets look so much better and Tomas was great. Very personable and professional. He had my whole home done in just over 1 hour. I'm very pleased.

The gentleman who came out couldn't have been nicer. My only 2 problems were one, it took more like 8 hours to dry, not 4-6. He managed to get many spots out that surprised me, but on the other hand, I was surprised others didn't budge. Not his fault, but maybe the system. Isn't there a way to treat first the worst spots before the overall cleaning? Just a suggestion.

Service was excellent, my technician Tylon was on time, very respectful and extremely informative. He was realist about the stains on my 20 year old carpet, what may or may not come out. I was extremely surprised with the out come, carpet looked better than I ever expected. Will recommend your service to everyone I know!!!!!!!!

Our technician, Josh Brooks, was very friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed to help keep our carpets stay cleaner longer. He did a great job..He was on time and we were very pleased with our services.. we have used Zerorez in the past.. and we would never use other company. The carpet was clean and dry in about 4 or 5 hours...other companies can take days to dry and the stains come back. Zerorez is the best! We will never use anyone but them.

Scheduling was quick & easy online. There were several days & times to choose from. I liked the text giving me a window on when the tech would be arriving. The price for 3 rooms & a hallway was reasonable. The tech, Brian, was friendly & efficient & did a great job!

The technician, Brian, was very courteous and explained how he would approach the job. he used the corner pads to protect my walls, which Inappreciate. The carpets are much improved in appearance.

Don't know much about your products but your service cleaned my carpet well. I didn't give the service a 10 because the technician asked me to sign a blank screen labelled "Residential Promise Card" without ever showing me its contents.
