The 2 guys that came to my house were very nice, professional, thorough, efficient and patient. They seemed to get the work done in a short amount of time given it is such a big task. They took pictures of the air ducts before and after and shared with me. I appreciated that they did a good job cleaning up the dust mess that fell from the ceiling vents that were cleaned. They worked well together and didn't mess around. Positive attitudes.

Our assisted living community has had the same carpet for over 11 years with some pretty deep set stains on it. After Zero Rez left, the carpet looked and smelled wonderful!! The technician was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Great Job!!
