Timely, easy to book, friendly and knowledgeable - but not sure it really cleaned as much as I needed and the cost was more than stated in order to treat stains. Stains did not come out.

Knowledge

The carpet is significantly cleaner and I appreciate that. However, the emailed Guaranty Promise or whatever you call it listed several things that the technician reportedly informed us about but we were NOT informed about everything on the list. The only thing the technician told us was to wear white socks if walking on the carpet and to wait 4-6 hours before returning furniture to the cleaned areas. He never mentioned any of the other items shown on your Guaranty Promise list. However, I would still recommend Zerorez to friends and family.

OK the service was great. I would like to know more about the area rugs. It is very vague on the website or I hope I was reading it wrong. If I have an area rug that is 10 x 12 it was so expensive to clean.

You have wool rugs for $3,000.00 and a poly rug for $300.00. Do you charge the same thing?
