He done a great job !

I trust your non toxic solutions and your technicians are very efficient and thorough and always explain things very well

Fantastic customer service. My service technician, Carlton, was on time, courteous and explained everything in great detail before he started. I have used Zerorez many times and will continue to use them in the future.

The finished carpet cleaning looked great.
The Technician did a Great Job.
Unfortunately, I paid $150.00 Extra for the *Enzyme PreTreatment for Dog Accidents.
The Urine stains reappeared in 2 to 3 days.
Zerorez came back and Cleaned the Reoccurring Spots, but 2 to 3 days later, they reappeared.
The carpet looks Great, but a waste of $150.00 extra for the *Enzyme PreTreatment.
I will spend about $10.00 to PreTreat myself the next time.

The professional worker.

The consistent results I get each time I use Zerorez.

Everything

My carpet has looked wonderful after a cleaning by Zerorez! I have hired Zerorez twice now and I could not be happier! The young man cleaning the carpet was very professional. I recommend Zerorez to everyone!

This is the second time I have used Zerorez and have been completely satisfied.
Chyna was on time and did an exceptional job. Very thorough and professional.

Excellent results, professional team

Like the feel of clean carpet. This time Jessie could not be a magician. There were a lot of stains on the carpet and he did the best he could under the circumstances. My client had not used Zerorez prior to this and honestly, I have no idea the last time these carpets were cleaned. I appreciate the effort and professionalism.

Your technician did a great job, followed his script to offer accompanyng resources if we wanted (Scotchguard, sanitizing). He finished within an hour reviewed his job with me. My carpet looks like when I moved in 7 years ago.

Accommodated my needs even when out of your service area and within one day of my request. Thank you!

Easy scheduling and great service

Professional and fast.

Easy to make appointment and many convenient times. Prompt arrival in my service window and very knowledgeable and friendly technician. Great job and dries very quickly with no lingering fragrance. Highly recommend Zerorez!

The tech that done the job was the best

Really professional service.

Very pleased with carpet and tile cleaning. Tech was polite, on time, and very efficient.

I like that the carpet looks good when you're finished and it doesn't take long to dry.

Everything

Samuel was very professional

The technician was really great and tried her best with everything, including tough spots. She cleaned frequently-touched surfaces, told me about the Zerorez guarantee, and left a bottle of the cleaner. We examined areas already cleaned for issues. Good experience all around as a first-time customer.
