We have been planning to replace the carpet, but simply cannot at this time. We are home all day now, and I guess I really noticed how dirty they were. I’m very pleased, the carpet looks like new! We have kids and pets so I was concerned about the cleaning solution, but there was no odor.

He was on time. Covered his shoes. Was very polite and answered my questions. Knew all the products their company offers. He did a great job.

I like that there is Zero residue and the speed of the service was excellent. I did end up having to have the technician come back out because we could still smell a pet odor. He was fantastic! We got the deal that included sanitizing commonly touched surfaces, but I forgot to ask for them to do this.
