Our technicians were great. Since we were probably their last appointment for the day, you could tell they had had a long hard days' work. Despite this fact, the were extremely thorough and made sure we knew what was going to happen each step of the process. Technician was on time and very polite. Explained what he would be doing and got right to work. The house was empty so he was able to work very quickly but the carpets came out looking great!
