Excellent technician. Courteous, prompt, efficient, friendly andhard working, taking pride in his work. Carpets look much better, and I am satisfied with the job. Took reasonable care of the house in the other areas, wearing mask and shoe covers. Price was as agreed upon before except for additional charge for optional Scotch-Guard and a "service charge" of $16. I was quite satisfied with the service. My tech was Emmanuel.

Zerorez is my cleaning a rug for me. They came and got the rug to clean it at their office. I can’t speak on the cleaning but I can say that the young men who picked up the rug were very courteous & knowledgeable. He explained the entire process in layman’s terms.
