Was kept informed throughout process. Pleased with rug when it was returned. All Staff that picked up, in charge of cleaning process and the delivery were very nice and helpful with carrying out rug and bringing back into basement apartment. Would definitely use Zerorez again.

I had tried everything to clean my carpet and nothing worked but Zerorez got all the stains out and it looks so good! Very thankful!! Also would give a 20 to Xavier who was the tech who cleaned for us…very friendly and knowledgeable!!

I had been planning the expense for a while and decided to ask a friend who recommended Zerorez. I was very pleased with being able to make the apptmt online. I was able to easily make changes to the apptmt to accommodate rug cleaning to happen 'after' this duct cleaning work. The young men who came were on time and respectful. They did an inspection of the ducts and pointed out how black mold had started to grow. Uggh! They provided an option to remedy the problem. Explained what they were doing as they went along their task. Great work!

Making the apptmt was easy online. I received calls and emails to confirm. I was able to easily makes changes to the apptmt. The young man who came was courteous and prompt. Pointed out all the spots that needed treating. He did a fantastic job on the staircase - white rug - high traffic! Thank you

The team that came out to clean our carpets was professional and thorough. I am a little disappointed that some of the pet odor and one of the stains has returned about 24 hours later, but they did inform us that since they were very deeply set in the carpet and underlayment that this could happen.
