I got my carpets cleaned about a week ago - I had to get a pad extraction because my dogs were peeing on my carpet and i was not aware of it. The tech was very knowledgeable about what i needed and completed services in a timely manner and was very nice. I have not smelled dog pee at all since he left. I am very happy with my services with Zerorez. I will use them from now on - I have used other carpet cleaning services before and they did not get the dog pee smell out of my carpet like this. The outcome of my carpet
It seemed better than the other companies I’ve used before. My carpet feels, smells, and looks so much cleaner. I liked the idea of the enzymes being used to get rid of bacteria down to the padding on the stains I had from my dog. I wish I had used Zerorez several years ago. I liked their employee also. His name was Zy. He was very nice, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He really cared about my stains unlike other people who have cleaned my carpet in the past, and didn’t want to listen.

My service person came early and I was very grateful. She did a wonderful job on my carpet. I have berber carpet and it's very hard to clean but Zerorez did a good job.
I have only had one service provided for me. However, I have another one scheduled on 9-3-20 and hope that one goes as well as the first one! So far so good, I like the service. The price is a little much, but if the service is good I don’t mind paying. I hope they show me the pictures before and after like they advertise on the website. I’m looking for to having clean air ducts and vents.
