Technician was very professional even called his office to find out if he could clean my loveseat and come to find out I wasn't able it will need to be dry cleaned. He let me know of the costs upfront. The carpet looked and smelled amazing after he was finished. I'm glad I was informed about this company. I will be telling a coworker who is looking to get her carpet cleaned.

I liked the knowledge of the technician and the way he was able to explain things to me. He was quick and efficient, as well as friendly. I am pleased with my new freshly cleaned and sanitized couch. I would recommend again and again.
