Our technician, Dillon or Dylan, was excellent! He thoroughly and diligently worked to get the job done. When we asked him to go over some high trafficked areas he did so readily. He was greatly concerned about our welfare in that he reinforced several times about us transitioning from the carpet to dry floor because of slip hazards. And he was right, it was slippery! He's a keeper: he was very professional, he showed personal interest for his customers, he was careful with the floors when he cleaned the furniture and he sought to give us the best price for services provided.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. They accommodated our last-minute request for an appointment and were able to make a same day appointment. The employee that arrived to clean our space was extremely professional and kind. The results were very impressive as well. Only drawback was the time window for our appointment was changed without notification. I happened to notice it when checking for the arrival time and called to confirm the change. Other than that our experience was excellent. Well worth it and a much better experience than trying to clean your carpets yourself.
