Arrived when you said you would, and the cleaning was great. There were several stains that other services could not remove. Your service was able to remove those stubborn spots.
The clarity of the explanation of services
Worked with me to fit within my budget. Did an amazing job. Everything is so much better and the carpet is like new. He did let me know some of the longer lasting stains probably would not come out, which I was okay with. A few days later, and everything is still great!
