Everything was great about the movie, however the booking link over the website was not working. So, I had to keep trying for another 15 minutes, using my computer and my phone. Finally I was able to get it to go through. Customer service is a point click world, but a customer should not be frustrated when making a purchase.

We love to come to Santikos, however I do think that you could lower the price on the popcorn and soda and use a metal bowl and just make it unlimited. I see so much wasted
