We loved the snack bar and the fact that there is extra seating to Chillax while eating before
Or after the movie. We loved the huge screen
In the theater.
I do not know if I will get a chance on this survey or not to comment about what we disliked, so I will share those comments

I did not like the fact that if you have to go to
The restroom there is not a restroom in the
Lobby! How strange?! Even the bowlers must
Go beyond the ticket takers in order to use
The restroom!
And also the popcorn did not taste very good
At all! It tasted a bit burnt but yet it also had
An ugly taste!
Oh, I did like the fact that the young woman
That took our popcorn order was friendly and
Smiled and made eye contact! I usually do not
Get that kind of service at the Northwest
Theater unfortunately!

Wonderful 3D movie experience. (Aladdin) and love the gelato, Lavatories exceptionally clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly with purchases.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I had a great experience, as per usual, in this movie theatre! I love how spaced out the seats are and they still recline. I also enjoyed some snacks and beverages, which were clean and tastey. My only complaint about my experience is that I sat to have a drink at the bar and the bartender did not seem like he wanted to be there, much less interact with clientele. My mother and I weren’t even checked on to see if we needed anything else after our initial drink purchase. Other than that all the other staff were busy pleasant to interact with.
