What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the ability to pick seats however I do not like that there are some issues on where you are able to choose as a seat. If there are open seats you should be able to choose them, not HAVE to seat by a stranger. I dod not like that at all, I do not want my children by strangers. Also, please have staff refrain from foul language while on duty, again I go with children.

Hello,
I just wanted to give a shoutout to Kyle Herrera, I was not a happy camper when I came into the theater due to some recent Santikos company changes, but he had a nice mannerisms and we talk it out. He gave my 2 boys a enjoyable movie experience. I’m not one to send comment but felt he deserved it. I can go to any other movie theater but he is one of the reason I will keep coming back. Make sure you tell him thank you for me. Now if I can only remember to keep using my loyalty membership I always forget. Thank you

Very clean theatre, feels like watching TV from home but in a more comfortable atmosphere and the convenience of not having to cook. Concession stand a little pricey but, beats having to cook.

Everything I was able to pick up my husband after work and go eat there and watch a movie and make it home by 10 so I can get enough sleep.

Casa Blanca is our favorite theater to enjoy the latest films! The theaters offer large comfortable seating. The concessions area is always well kept and staff is wonderful!

Our cashier was super nice and helpful. She gave me a combo meal with out me asking... I asked for a large pop corn and 2 large sodas I ordered more food and I realized there was a combo for it and I was like oh would it be cheaper to get a combo and she said I already did that for you sir! I love santikos never had a problem.
