My wife and I experienced a bad visit on a date where the projector went down. Frustrated and let down a second opportunity was giving from Zachary with production management. We had no issues and enjoyed the movie along with the commentary popcorn and drinks. Thank you Zach for making it right and restoring our confidence in Santikos.

The customer service is always just wonderful. We've been going for so long we only had 1 bad experience (3D godzilla vs Kong), the movie wasn't coming out in 3D but they fixed it right away! Other then that just a perfect place to be to watch a movie with the family!

Everything!! Staff was professional, courteous and quick to respond to projector issues. Stepped up and made it right for all patrons. Will definitely be back!!

The theater was clean and the seats were comfortable. I didn’t get any snacks this time since we had just had lunch but usually the popcorn is delicious and there are so many drinks to choose from I switch up when I get a refill!!
