I love the variety of activities

I love the limited amount of screen time, individual attention from counselors, and communication with families.

Kids are kept busy. Fun activities. Appreciate the free after care time. Pool time is fun for them. Staff members are friendly. Helpful and understanding. Caring.

My daughter attended week 10th of summer this year just to tried out and she really enjoyed it. She said she would do it again next year.

Camp was. Amazing! Super organized! My kids loved it and came home tired! We will be back next year! Counselors were great! Very warm and welcoming at drop off!

Summer camp was wonderful. Both my girls had so much fun, made so many friends, and loved all of the counselors. They were so sad for camp to end and are excited for next summer already!

We love the Egym!!

I enjoy the pool very much! It’s frustrating, however, to see that the clocks are never synchronized. Would you please synchronize them and keep them synchronized! Thanks.

Good variety and good instructors

it is big spacious and has big pools!

I only come for pickleball. But they keep changing the schedules and the intermediate players like myself are getting less and less time to play with the beginners.
We lost Wednesdays to basketball. Last month there were 35 slots for basketball and only 16 for pickleball.
I have not checked this month’s schedule.
I did write up 2 complaints a few months ago and received NO response.
Other than that my beginner friends call me to play at the 6:45 AM with them because not many beginners sign up. When the intermediates were included we have no issues for playets

There are many classes for every level of expertise available. All of the instructors I’ve had have been enthusiastic and kind.

The ease and follow of the summer camp was Great . This was my children's first time at the location for camp they had great experience. We will be back again next summer.

Every activity I have tried has been enjoyable mainly thanks to the kind leaders.

Pickleball was friendly

You have terrific equipment and everything that I need. Also a very pleasant and friendly staff

I love the pickleball and the lap pool. However, I think the registration for pickleball is unfair since the same people get on the list every time and there is no room for others. It's not a fair system. Also we should have pickleball lessons at the ymca. Also not fair is that a pickleball player cannot be graded at the West Chester branch. I am 76 and don't drive much. It's asking too much to make a senior drive to another YMCA to get upgraded to intermediate.

We love the E gym. It has made working out very easy. Also, the outdoor pool is just lovely.

Wide variety of activities for all ages. It has been more crowded and hard to enter certain classes 48 hours ahead. Perhaps due to the increase in membership of late.
Coffee chats great, but we need more chairs stacked out there in case of larger groups.
I would like to see some more activities involving some community actions and posting of local area events if possible.
Also, some swimming classes in the early afternoon would alleviate the wait list in the morning.

Excellent programs for the elderly.

I use the y for body pump and yoga. The instructors are very good. I do not care for the Les Mills equipment, cumbersome and difficult to release.

I love the general sense of community at the Y.
