more pickleball times for intermediate players

I appreciate the welcoming attitude of the YMCA overall within the community. The only area that needs improvement is fixing any broken equipment immediately and not letting them sit broken for months on end. This is very disappointing to your members who use the equipment especially when they're very popular.

My kids love the child watch indoor playground and have so much fun making new friends. They like that they're allowed to be a little loud and roam freely, and I love it because I can get my workout in while they play!

Leaders in each discipline are affable, put in a lot of effort for their classes.

The rise of more practical classes (language, technology, more brain games) for those unable to deal with pickleball) are welcomed.

The front desk personnel are pleasant,, attentive to their tasks , address clients/issues in an unbiased professional manner

Although my wife and I are not participating in any special program, we enjoy the friendly, helpful staff we have encountered. We usually find a pleasant atmosphere. The main reason we enjoy our membership is that we can find any apparatus we need or would need. They all help to keep us in shape and healthy. For this reason we are grateful for the "Y."

Just starting out, but impressed with the overall operation- very busy place, but orderly and appears to be well staffed to keep the place in great shape and running smoothly!

Heated pool has two lap lanes, so there's backup in case the lap pool is swarmed.

Chrissy doe an excellent, well paced class that keeps everyone engaged.

Socialization, time period, instrutors

Love the variety of classes, the E-gym and the instructors!
Appreciate the e-mails re: closures or late openings.
The registering for classes is a pain at times but appreciate knowing I can get in a class. The classes are getting harder to get into. I am guessing membership is up which would be a good thing.
I no longer need daycare for children but often I stop and observe. Your childcare staff are wonderful, full of love and patience for the little ones they are in charge of.

There are many choices. You can NEVER have enough classes. That’s why I come to the YMCA. To meet people who have the same interests.

Great facility and staff! Lap swimming and specifically water clarity/quality is always spot on.

I mostly just swim and I am thrilled I can usually find an empty lane. The water is always clean and the perfect temperature.

I love the place, the kind staff, the ambiance, the spirit! Folks, I understand the feedback is important to you, I love YMCA, but ... you are sending TOO MANY such requests! It's like coming on every two weeks. Honestly, this is quite excessive. Thank you!

Very well run facility! I enjoy the pool especially.

Lots of good programs that promote health and well-being for the entire family.

The children's play area is a Godsend. The people that work that area are friendly and do well with the kids. I appreciate this option at the Y as I get a chance to work out or relax in the lobby.

The variety of activities and the times offered. I really like my aqua classes with Leslie.

Facility and staff

The weight room is well equipped, however maintenance is lacking on several pieces of equipment.

I love the Fitness Area. I've been a proud Y member for a 20 years. The West Chester branch is a top-notch facility. It's always clean and your team members, especially Gary, are courteous and friendly!
