What do you like about your membership?

I like that there is something for everyone in our family at the Y.
Although, the bars upstairs need to be replaced bc they are old and the weights stick. There used to be 2 small bars and 1 was taken away and never replaced. The membership price at WC is higher than the price at Coatesville and the cville Y has nicer equipment. That doesn't make much sense.
Other than that, I think the WC is great.

The YMCA is a great place to exercise, meet friends and have a great time. It is a home away from home, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The YMCA is perfect for our family. The West Chester Y is easier for access to pool for lap swimming, other than the Upper Main line. Still wish West Chester had stools/chairs n locker room for area with hairdryers

What do you like about your membership?

The Y is a true community organization, with programs and places for all from seniors to toddlers. The upper main line y is an excellent facility in a lovely setting. Staff are super friendly.

I urge you to expand hours - don't close on holidays and stay open later on Saturday and especially Sunday. My children are teenagers and the availability is becoming an issue, especially as their friends flock to lifetime fitness.

There is a deep pool for water exercise class that isn't really cold. The classes are early in the am and the instructors are qualified.

The friendly, helpful and enthusiastic attired of all the employees. They never mind helping answer questions. They treat me like an adult when showing me how to use the machines.

Family friendly! Some other gyms in the area are not inclusive for middle age children. The Y has a great deal to offer for all ages!
