Due to covid I have no seen inside the school and met many of the staff but my daughter is very happy there and I'm impressed with the actives of the school.

I liked programs pre shutdown. I came 5 days a week, mostly for fitlite by 3 different teachers at 8 and 9am. Now you don't offer same, even employing one of my teachers at Brandywine for same class. I can't possibly know all your problems, but what gives here?

Now you are sked seniors in the pm. No good for me, I need to get in and get out. I'm too spent by 2 & 3 pm at 86 yrs old. realize silver sneakers are free for most, unfortunately not for me. Plus silver sneakers is not a moneymaker for you. It just seems odd that my 5 classes just disappeared, even tho population was full.

So I'll continue to walk around the track and look in on classes that I might possibly be able to do between 8 and 10 in the am.

The indoor pool water is pristinely clean, clear and cool. Perfectly refreshing!

We LOVE the montessori and childcare providers.

I’m very happy with the fitness and pool facilities at all of the branches. I also really like that there is a running path behind the Brandywine branch.

The staff at all of the branches is very friendly and helpful but I have to say that the members at the Brandywine branch are the most friendly and down to earth.

Right now all I use is the lap pool.

The summer camp has a wide range of activities throughout the day. My daughter comes home smiling every day.

The y has programming and convenience to fit our family schedule and activities we enjoy. It's also very close to home and a great way to stay active all year round!!!

Everything the care that is provided. The teacher actual want the kids to learn and make friends. The activities swim, yoga (not at present), art, being creative and that my child gets to run and play with kids in the same age group.

Very thoughtful and caring staff. They love my children and it is comforting for the kids (and our family) to have them at camp during this difficult time.

Love the people most of all! The staff is kind, thoughtful and professional. The location is lovely and clean.

I have (3) three concerns and that is why I gave an (9) nine instead of (10) ten. I found out the problem stems from a click. 1. When I signed up for the summer pool, I was not given the complete correct hours. I lost one month not knowing and list time. I found out from lifeguards. Someone in the community told me that I was given incomplete hours. 2. Also, I signed up after early bird and was told that I had a discount but not told what that was and this could affect an early sign up discount possibly, but hopefully not. I was considering switching from Lionville to West Chester but thinking about it still. 3. When I came here last year there were women that I found out were part if a click on that felt as a guest of West Chester but a member of Lionville that I should not have used their gym. The only recommendation that I have is to have recommendations for staff and clients as some of the gyms do. Other than that, the facility, staff and management has been nice.

The reopening had been well planned and was extremely well executed. I thoroughly enjoy all the group exercise classes and the instructors are encouraging and motivating. The equipment is in excellent condition and well maintained. The track is fantastic as are the pools.

Facilities clean, safe and staff members very friendly. Comfortable doing exercise on all machines.

I love coming to the group exercise programs like Body Pump and Body Attack. The instructors are very knowledgeable and sensitive to everyone's physical needs and always give modalities for high/low impact. I am impressed with their strength and endurance.

I have been taking advantage of the outdoor lap swimming time. It has been great so far. Never too crowded with available lanes that can always be shared with a fellow lap swimmer.
The facility is well maintained and always clean.
The staff is very friendly.
