It starts when you walk in the door, the front desk is always welcoming, helpful and everyone has a smile on their face. The Y offers so many different types of classes from yoga, to spin class, body pump, core, you name it they have it. Every instructor I have had at the Y makes you feel comfortable and are very motivating with a lot of great energy. I leave the Y feeling fantastic.

We use the pool area the most. It's been great for the kids and it is not super crowded and the open swim times are great for our schedules. The facilities are clean and very usable. Makes going to the pool with 2 under 2 super easy!

I really like the reservation system and wait list! It helps you commit to your workouts while being safe.
Please remind the instructors to keep up with mask reminders! They're generally on top of it. There have been a few times individuals have pulled their masks off completely prior to taking a water break (i.e. walking over to their water bottle mask-less). Not all of us are vaccinated yet :)

I love group exercises, especially because coaches are energetic, fun, and helpful!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would like the Y to purchase a "new" boxing heavy bag. It seems I am the only member that uses this frequently. I do bring in my own speed bag.

Gentle yoga classes are great.

The lap pool is awesome.

Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and very friendly and happy personnel who like their jobs. Classes that I attend are very well done, on time and done at the time designated. Instructors are well qualified to teach what they do.

I just joined and came to get our key tags and my kids used the indoor pool.

Gary at the front desk was so kind and made us feel very welcome, patiently explaining how everything works, registering for classes, etc.

The indoor pool was really fun and the lifeguards were great about testing the kids immediately.

We just left acac because we were looking for a space that took mask wearing seriously. So excited to be members at the Y!

I like the programs and the staff are helpful and friendly - the course limits, though understandable are frustrating .
