Now that I am retired, my time is flexible and I love the variety of classes available to me during the week. I have made new friends and leave smiling each time as well as having a great all-around workout.

The last times I went to use the family therapy pool the water was very dirty and also the changings rooms. It is all new and seems that it is not giving it the proper attention. We love to use this.

We like all the pools and I like the sauna and the steam-room in the ladies locker room. Since child care is available on the main level I can get a chance to use the sauna. The new family changing rooms near the A pool are great too.
