I like the Silver Sneakers Cardio, Fitness Fusion and Lite Strength classes. These provide a good level of cardio and strength training. These instructors Tina Eldridge and Barb Brown are excellent and dedicated.

I have only been to the outside pool so far but I found it most enjoyable.

Over the years it’s had something for everyone in the family. Personally I’m looking forward to seeing the new gym at UMLY as that’s what I use most. My wife was doing classes but with a fear remaining about Covid has not returned. I think she feels the rooms are too closed with lots of people and not much circulation. (Better NOT follow up with her directly). I’ve paid a family membership for years now in the hope that others will go. Pay as you go would likely be better…ie can get in when you want if friends go as a pack for basketball.

I've only done one class, but everyone was very welcoming and helpful. It's a very nice atmosphere. I would say that the women's locker room is not very accommodating--it could definitely use an upgrade. But that will not keep me from returning.
