I like the varied workout classes that are offered. The instructors are excellent and interesting and the times offered fit my schedule.

I love that you are open now! I use your work out upstairs weight & cardio room. It's always clean & staff is helpful.

The entire staff could not be any nicer nor more helpful. This alone makes coming into the UMLY a pleasure. Plus, the facility is extremely clean and well kept.

The UMLY facilities are great. This is the largest Y I’m ever seen and the staff are great. I have a lot of personal experience with the tennis department and the manager, coaches, players are all fantastic/helpful people. There’s definitely a feeling of camaraderie with the members and staff.

Good communication. Responsive to questions and concerns. Clean facilities. (FYI I currently use the outdoor pool only, so these remarks are re; that area .)

Love lap swimming in the 50 meter especially without the swim team!
Women’s locker room is nice when it is available.

Know where to go and what to do and be helpful to members. Well organized. Knowledge of how to put programs together. All personnel look professional and are outgoing and will say hello to members. Extremely important for good communications with members and members with staff.

Good selection of equipment and weights in cardio center. Good selection of group exercise classes. In general just lots to choose from - pools, tennis, kids programs, etc.

I like the outdoor entrance to the 50 meter pool. Signing up for a lane ensures I have a lane when I arrive. I can check the schedule and change my time if I want a lane to myself. So grateful the Y opened the 50 meter this summer!

Thank you for opening the 50-meter pool and organizing the reservation system. Even with the extra charge it has been well worth it. I also applaud all the safety measures during this pandemic.

I use the physical fitness equipment each time I visit the Upper Main Line TMCA. I am very pleased with the array of equipment available, the excellent condition of the equipment and the facilities, and the natural light that fills the large fitness area.

All aspects. The staff, the equipment, the facility and the other members make it a great experience.

Wide variety of activities at most levels of ability and accessible times of access. Generally caring staff, who listen and respond to individual needs is appreciated.

My family feels quite safe at UMLY with the new safety protocols in place for COVID. The online sign-up system for the 50 Meter Pool is fantastic- would be great to see it used for the indoor pools when the 50 Meter Pool closes for the year. The fitness center is clean & safe, and it is nice to see our fellow members respecting the new rules in place about wearing masks and cleaning equipment.

The 50 meter outdoor pool is and always has been my favorite. Thanks to the YMCA, I am able to continue to exercise in my preferred way. Swimming allows less stress on my arthritic joints. Cardo dance is also great. Hopefully it will reopen soon.
