I work out on my own and do not take classes. You have every piece of gear I could possibly want and you maintain it all well. Your staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I also enjoy the sauna.

Pocopson Y care before, after and kinder care is amazing. The staff is beyond exceptional.

The program is enjoyable for my little one and helpful to a working parent. My biggest concern/problem is the start time. 7am is too late for an average working parent and it would be a lot less stressful if the care started at 6:30 or at least 6:45. Even 15 minutes would make a big difference.

Classes are taught by motivated, experienced and talented instructors.

It’s clean, lots of equipment options, plenty of parking, fair variety of in person classes, coffee in AM, most of staff are very helpful and friendly. I just wish you would tell the guys who have to drop their weights and make so grunting noise to quiet down. Dropping weights is not necessary.
