I mainly work out by myself, although I recently started with a personal trainer at the Y. The facilities are very complete. It's a busy place generally, but I rarely have to wait to use a piece of equipment, and can always reorder things to maintain the flow of my workout. The facility and the equipment are in great shape, and the Y does a great job to keep things state of the art. My experience with my personal trainer (Travis) is just starting but we are off to a great start. I always enjoy my time at the Y and feel fortunate to have such a great facility available!

I like that you offer same programs at multiple locations, and usually at different times. That's beneficial to me because if Zumba at one location doesn't work for my schedule, zumba at another location might. I also like that there is a good assortment of classes to choose from. I like that there are day classes and evening classes and weekday classes and weekend classes - very accomodating to the various schedules members have due to work and life challenges. I like that you hire wonderful employees - its almost impossible to train niceness - so hiring the right people is key! Job well done.
