Instructors help with modifications to match my abilities. Classes are welcoming to all abilities. I can get help finding new classes to match my changing needs. I can get income-based membership.

Lots of group ex options. Good variety, times, and fitness levels to choose from. Instructors are available to chat and modifications are usually available if I need them, up or down.

I use the lap pool 2x a week. As winter comes along, I do wish the water temp was on the warmer side.

Location is super important for us. We like that the instructors are familiar and it feels like a smaller gym.

I am relatively new but it is well equipped and the staff is friendly.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The people attending don't seem to be that friendly. No one make "eye-contact". Maybe put up signs that say "SMILE". The clients seem to be too much into themselves.
